Conditions
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are part of the User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) between Rollo (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) and the User, and define the conditions for using the Service.
1.2. The Service is an online platform that allows Users to select events according to their interests and location.
1.3. Use of the Service means the User’s unconditional agreement with all provisions of the Agreement.
2. Rights and obligations of the User
2.1. The user has the right:
Use the Service in accordance with its functional purpose.
Gain access to information about events presented in the Service.
Select events according to your interests and location.
Exercise other rights provided for in the Agreement.
2.2. The user is obliged:
Do not use the Service for purposes contrary to the legislation of Georgia.
Do not use the Service to disseminate information that is offensive, deliberately false, or may harm others.
Do not use the Service to send spam.
Do not use the Service to commit illegal actions.
3. Rights and obligations of the Service
3.1. The service has the right:
Temporarily suspend the operation of the Service to carry out maintenance work.
Make changes to the functionality of the Service.
Change the terms of the Agreement.
Exercise other rights provided for in the Agreement.
3.2. The service is obliged:
Provide the User with access to the Service.
Ensure the confidentiality of User information.
Carry out other duties provided for in the Agreement.
4. Responsibility
4.1. The Service is not responsible for damage caused to the User as a result of using the Service.
4.2. The User is responsible for damage caused to the Service as a result of using the Service in violation of the Agreement.
5. Final provisions
5.1. The agreement between the Service and the User is considered concluded from the moment the User registers on the Service.
5.2. The agreement may be terminated by either party at any time.
5.3. In case of termination of the Agreement, the Service terminates the User's access to the Service.
5.4. All disputes arising between the Service and the User are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7. Effective date

1. Subscription
1.1. The Service offers Users two types of subscriptions:
Free Subscription: The User gets access to a limited set of functions of the Service.
Paid subscription: The User gets access to the full range of functions of the Service.
1.2. The paid subscription costs $4.99 per month.
1.3. The user can cancel the subscription at any time.
2. Intellectual property
2.1. All materials presented on the Service are the property of the Service.
2.2. The User has no right to copy, distribute, modify or otherwise use the materials presented on the Service without the permission of the Service.
3. Privacy
3.1. The Service undertakes to protect the confidentiality of the User’s information.
3.2. The User can read the Privacy Policy of the Service at link to the Privacy Policy.
