Return policy

1. General Provisions

 

1.1. This Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) is part of the User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) between Rollo (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) and the User, and establishes the procedure for returning funds paid by the User for a Subscription to the Service.

 

1.2. Subscription to the Service is non-refundable, except as provided in this Policy.

 

2. Refund

 

2.1. Refunds for the Subscription are possible only in the following cases:

 

Technical impossibility of using the Service is the fault of the Service. In this case, the User is refunded the last, proportional time during which the Service was unavailable.

2.2. The service is not responsible for:

 

Incorrect user selection of the “Subscriptions” type.

Failure by the User to use the functions of the Service.

The User's cancellation of the Subscription lasts 14 days from the moment of its activation.

3. Processing a return

 

3.1. To receive a refund, the User must send a request to support@rolloapp.com. The request must indicate:

 

Full name of the User;

Email used during registration;

Subscription activation date;

Reason for return;

Details for refund.

 

3.2. The Service undertakes to customize the User's request and return the funds received within 10 days from the date of receipt.

 

4. Final provisions

 

4.1. The service was created unilaterally to change this Policy.

 

4.2. If the Policy is changed, the Service notifies the User by sending notifications to the email address specified during registration.

 

4.3. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment of its publication on the Service website.

1.1. The user can change the return within 14 days by activating the Subscription.

 

2. Processing the return request

 

2.1. The service undertakes to set up the User's request for a refund within 10 days from the date of its receipt.

 

3. Refund

 

3.1. The funds are returned according to the details provided by the User in the return request.
